Becoming a new patient with us is easy! Simply call our Howard County, MD office to request a time for your initial consultation. For your convenience we offer our new patient forms under the "Our Practice" button above. Please feel free to print these and bring them with you on your first visit.

Your initial appointment will be diagnostic in nature. Time will be spent with Dr. Fenlon evaluating all hard and soft tissues of the oral cavity for the presence of any dental disease. Where necessary, x-rays will be taken. A Part of your evaluation with Dr. Fenlon will be spent with our intra-oral video camera, which we think you'll find very exciting and very high tech.

The second visit will be used for cleaning your teeth and discussing any other treatment that should be accomplished. In the case of children and young adults (some adults) all of this will most likely be accomplished at the initial visit, along with a topical fluoride treatment. Further visits, when needed, will be scheduled with Sharon, our front office Manager, to most efficiently maximize both your time and ours.

For our patients with dental insurance, we will be more than happy to take and complete your forms as well as accept payment from your carrier. To do this we will need the appropriate Insurance Information. This should include your policy number as well as the schedule of benefits booklet that accompanies your policy.
