How do I get my patient list out of my practice management software?

The majority of practice management softwares allow you to run a report to put your patient list onto your computer.  Contact us for directions on your specific software.

Do I have to send all types of messages?

No, you can choose to send email, text, voice or any combination of the three.

How do my patients confirm?

Patients can confirm by clicking “confirm” in the email that is sent or by pressing “1” in the voice reminder that is sent. Text Messaging is a one-way communication.

Can I customize my messages?

Yes. You can customize your message to any patient. Birthdays, recalls, pre-med, you name it.

Do I have to download software?

No. Practice Reminders is web-based. You can access your account anywhere, anytime.

Can I use my own voice for my reminder?

Yes. You can use your own voice for the majority of the reminder except for the variables (patient name, appointment date & time, etc.)
